Our Urban and Site Design Team considers each project from a holistic point of view that includes public buildings, the spaces they create, and their urban settings; the nature of the broader community; and the needs and desires of our clients and end users.

For urban and site design projects, LSD provides needs assessments, master planning, site planning, site design development, designs meeting Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) certification standards, art implementation, landscape design, irrigation design, hardscape layout, construction administration, and planned area development variance submittals. LSD projects use numerous delivery methods, including job order contracts, CM@Risk, traditional design/bid/build, and design/build.
