Responsibilities:

Logan Simpson Design Inc. is seeking a regular, full-time, entry level archaeologist in its Tempe, AZ office. The emphasis of this position is on collecting and assimilating background research, although cultural resources survey and excavation work will be required as well. Individuals must be detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access software. Familiarity with completion of site forms and use of GPS are a plus. We are especially looking for local candidates, who are already living and working in Arizona. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and will have completed a minimum of a B.A. in Anthropology and an archaeological field school.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology
• An archaeological field school or equivalent field experience in the Southwestern United States
